Our Art Works for You team developed skills in leadership and project management by planning and facilitating a virtual art camp in collaboration with Neighbor Art Studio during summer 2020.

Before COVID-19 and the stay-at-home orders, the group was practicing leadership and professionalism by facilitating a ceramics workshop for youth at Browning Elementary and collaboratively working on ArtWorks’ annual report. 

At then end of spring the internship moved to a virtual format and the interns made art about their feelings surrounding COVID-19 which you can see on the ArtWorks for You (My COVID-19 page).

When summer came around the interns and lead artist decided that they were in a good place to meet in person to hold a virtual art camp for K3-5th graders.
