As part of the upcoming renovation of Melvina Park, our EA interns created three peace posts, focused on raising awareness about local pollinators.
The new Melvina Park will see a full renovation with a focus on “restoring wildlife and pollinator habitat, community gardening, protecting local waterways from contaminated stormwater runoff, and providing opportunities for community gatherings, educational experiences, and nature-based play.” The park is expected to be completed in fall of 2023.
