Early in the program year, the interns were able to explore what personal branding is and its importance. The interns also learned that when their personal brand is set with the right foundation, they are able to build a relevant reputation that will serve them well in their career journey.
The interns began their personal branding projects by drafting their MVP statements. They were challenged to draft their Mission (what they do), Vision (why they are here), and Purpose (what makes them unique). These statements help identify who they are and their values before finalizing the next phase of the project, creating a logo to represent their personal brand visually.
